Are O&M Products Septic Tank Safe?Updated a year ago

O&M shampoos and conditioners are generally safe for septic tanks. 

The pH of O&M shampoo and conditioner formulations are not dangerous for septic tanks.  

The potential germ-killing ingredients in the formula are the preservatives and the conditioning ingredients. 

Both are in O&M formulations at low levels, so would be diluted to a very low amount in rinse water, which would most likely fall under the threshold where it could be harmful to septic tank bacteria.
